plant care guides
My kitchen monstera has grown to fit into this space so well, but is now reaching the ceiling! The cottage is very compact, quite wonky with not much head height (except for on the stairs) — which has been a challenge for some of my taller plants + furniture! Luckily my new place will have a bit more height so it can stretch out a bit, but more on that another day…
My current favourite #monsteraadansonii division for #monsteramonday with a new leaf on the way.
My oldest snake plant was in need of a bit of care and attention so I got it out of its pot, checked it over, removed any dried up roots and wiped down the leaves with a damp cloth as they were pretty dusty!
New leaves that unfold like delicate crumpled up pieces of tissue paper are pretty cool if you ask me 💚
The pink tones of my variegated SOH are appearing again as the light gets more intense in this corner + I’m pretty happy about that! 💕I could do with repotting my pep hope but these plants look so nice tangled up together I might wait a little longer…🍃
Spent the day writing here + I can confirm that working surrounded by plants is THE WAY FORWARD.
I’ve grown this Disocactus/ Epiphyllum anguliger from a small plant over the last few years and it’s one of my absolute favourites — it’s chaotic looking but that’s what I love about it! 〰
Philodendron brasil adds such a zing to this corner!
